Welcome to my school visit blog! I’m a children’s book author and illustrator, creating primarily picture books for the 4-8 year old set. I’ve written and illustrated three titles for Clarions Books- The Saturday Escape, The Perfect Clubhouse, and A Really Good Snowman. Titles that I’ve only illustrated include I See A Monster, Coco the Love Dog, Ocean Wonders, and The Happy Hippos.
I was at the Rochester Children’s Festival on Saturday and sat with my daughter reading your “I see a Monster” book. Since we’ve had issues with monsters she was a bit apprehensive, but she truly loved it!
I’ll be saving my pennies to get her this book and any other’s that you may put out. The illustrations were beautiful and word to page ratio were wonderful!
The one thing I know that I can pass onto my children is my love of books and I’ll definitely look for yours wherever I may roam!
